Privacy Policy

The Together English Academy will keep all personal information confidential and never sell names, addresses or other account information. We will only disclose your information under the following circumstances:

1. When we are legally required to do so. This could be by court order or when assisting law enforcement officials in cases of fraud or other illegal activities.

2. We will disclose information to certain parties when trying to resolve a credit card dispute or problem.

The Together English Academy proactively maintains the confidentiality of its customers.

Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
There will be no refunds for unused classes or portions thereof.
Classes are non transferable. All classes must be used within 3 months from date of purchase.
If you are unsure about the classes, try two or three classes at first. or purchase them a week at a time.

Discrimination

The Together English Academy welcomes all qualified students and will not discriminate by age, gender, religious affiliations, and other legally protected statuses by law.

Academy General Rules

1. Students are expected to be on time for each class at the day and time specified. Changes are acceptable if prior notice is given and if they can accommodated. Make up classes will allowed if they can be accommodated. Frequent absents, frequent tardiness, many class changes are not permitted and will result in the suspension or expulsion of students. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN for suspended & expelled students. Refunds also will NOT be given for missed classes.

2. Students are expected to study and participate during class. Using the internet (unless needed for the class in progress), chatting with friends, do other school work will not be tolerated. Students who do continually do not comply with the teacher's instruction will will be suspended or expelled. Behaving poorly will result in the student being suspended or expelled.

3. Completion of Homework is expected. Frequently not doing homework is grounds for suspension or expulsion.

4. Please understand you are purchasing classes for a specific day and time as you agreed before you purchased the class. You agree your verbal agreement is binding. If you do not show up for this class at the specific day and time, no refund will be given. You will be charged for this class. Miss classes can be made up but it is not obligatory on the teacher's part. Please also understand I have reserved this time for you, I can not teach other students. I must charge you for the class and time, regardless of whether the student uses the class or not.

5. In the event that there is a difference between the pages in English and any translated pages, the English Language pages will be the final authority. Any disputes will be settled according to the laws of Maricopa Country, Arizona and/ or the laws of the State of Arizona.

By purchasing classes from the Together English Academy, you agree to abide by the Refund Policy and Academy General Rules.
